Join in with the latest Coffee Cart season by enjoying amazing drinks and food from our cart! We sell hot and cold coffees straight from our authentic Rocket Espresso Machine made in Milan, Italy. To add on, we provide delicious Greek baklava that follows the original recipe of our Yiayia (a Greek grandmother).
What is Baklava?
Baklava is a delicious Greek pastry that consists of 4 main ingredients. These are butter, walnuts, honey, and filo dough! Made by layering the thin sheets of buttery filo dough, filling the layers with cinnamon walnuts, and roasting for 2 hours at 400 degrees, this mouth-melting confection is then drizzled in honey and served to you only authentically and well by the Coffee Cart!
Why is Italian Coffee delicious?
Italians are known for using the espresso machine to make any type of coffee. Opposed to American drip coffee, which pours water over coffee grounds, the espresso extraction process uses intense pressure and heat to squeeze water through extremely fine and fresh coffee grounds. As a result, the coffee is much stronger, tastier, and more colorful!
